Can you work around same-day check-outs and check-ins?
Yes. Tell us your usual check-out and check-in times and we’ll plan changeovers in between.
Do you provide linen?
We use the linen and towels you keep at the property. Laundry can be added as an extra.
What happens if guests leave the property in a bad state?
We’ll let you know straight away with photos, so you can raise it with the guest or platform. Extra cleaning time can be arranged.
Do you restock supplies?
Yes, from the stock you keep at the property. We’ll tell you when anything is running low.
Can you manage keys or lockboxes?
Yes. We can use a lockbox or smart lock, or hold a key labelled with a reference code only.
