How it works

Your business, our clients

You choose your jobs

Accept or turn down any job we offer, with no minimum hours and no rotas. Tell us when you’re available and which areas you cover.

Agreed rates, paid weekly

You see the rate for every job before you accept it. We pay weekly in arrears, with a self-billing statement, so there are no invoices to chase.

Your methods, our standard

Each job comes with the client’s checklist of what needs doing. How you get there is up to you.

Free to work elsewhere

Keep your own customers and work with other businesses. We only ask that LiteWork’s clients are booked through us.

Please note: this is self-employed work, not employment. You’re responsible for your own tax and National Insurance, and there’s no salary, holiday pay or sick pay. You’ll sign our contractor agreement before your first job, and you can send a suitable substitute if you can’t attend, once we’ve checked them.
