Cancel a booking

If you’re a consumer who booked online, by email or by phone, you can cancel within 14 days of your booking being confirmed. Use the form below, email us, or send the model form by post. Our terms explain what you’ll pay if cleaning has already started.

This is the standard form set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You can copy it into an email or letter. You don’t have to use it.
