When should the clean happen?
Once all trades have finished, including decorators. Any work after the clean will create more dust.
Do you remove building waste?
No, we don’t remove rubble, offcuts or large waste. Please ask your builder to clear it before we arrive.
Can you remove paint from floors?
We lift fresh paint spots and residue from glass, tiles and fittings. Large spills or dried paint on carpets may need a specialist.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the property and the work done. Larger jobs may need more than one cleaner or more than one day. We’ll explain with your quote.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
As standard, yes. Most after-builders jobs suit products and equipment supplied, so we bring a full professional kit for a small extra charge.
