How often can I book?
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Weekly suits busy family homes; fortnightly is our most common choice for flats and smaller homes.
How long does a regular clean take?
It depends on the size of your home and how often we visit. Your quote is a fixed price for the whole clean, so you won’t pay more if it takes a little longer.
Will I have the same cleaner each time?
We aim to send the same person wherever possible, so they get to know your home and how you like things done.
Can I skip a week or pause my cleans?
Yes. Let us know in advance and we’ll skip or pause your visits. Your quote sets out the notice we need.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
As standard, yes: your cleaner uses your products and equipment. Prefer not to? Add products supplied, equipment supplied, or both, for a small extra charge per clean.
