A few small things help us make the most of every visit.
Clear the surfaces
Put away clutter, paperwork and valuables, so we can spend the time cleaning rather than tidying.
Leave out supplies, or choose ours
Leave products and equipment where we can find them, or add products or equipment supplied to your booking.
Sort out access and parking
Let us know how we get in, and about parking, alarms, pets or anything else on the quote form.
On the day

On the day questions
Do I need to be at home?
No. Many clients leave a key, a lockbox or a door code. We’ll agree access with you when you book.
Who will clean my home?
An experienced, self-employed cleaning professional who works with LiteWork. We check every cleaner’s identity, right to work and references before their first job, and LiteWork stays responsible to you for every clean.
Will I have the same cleaner each time?
For regular cleans we aim to offer your clean to the same cleaner wherever possible, so they get to know your home and how you like things done.
Can I book my cleaner directly?
Please book all cleaning through us, so your clean stays covered by our checks, our terms and our promise to put things right. Our terms explain more.
Why do you ask about parking?
So we can plan your visit. If parking is paid or permit-only, we’ll talk it through with you before you book.
What if I have pets?
That’s fine. Tick Pets in the home on the quote form and tell us anything we should know, such as keeping a door closed.
