When should I book an end of tenancy clean?
As close to your move-out date as possible, once your belongings have gone. An empty property is quicker and easier to clean thoroughly.
Does the property need to be empty?
Ideally, yes. We can clean around a few items, but cupboards, wardrobes and floors need to be clear for a full clean.
Do I need to defrost the fridge?
Yes, please switch the fridge-freezer off and defrost it at least 24 hours before the clean, with a towel down for the water.
Will this get my deposit back?
Our clean follows what inventory clerks typically check, which gives you the best chance. Deposit decisions also depend on damage and wear, which cleaning can’t change, so we can’t guarantee an outcome.
Do you work with letting agents?
Yes. We can work directly with agents and landlords, collect keys, and clean between check-out and check-in.
