Deep cleaning questions
What’s the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?
A regular clean keeps a home clean week to week. A deep clean goes much further: inside appliances, limescale treatment, skirting, doors, radiators and behind furniture.
How long does a deep clean take?
Usually most of a day for an average home, sometimes with more than one cleaner. We’ll tell you what to expect with your quote.
Do I need to be at home?
No. Many clients leave a key or a door code. We’ll agree access with you when you book.
Do you move furniture?
We clean behind and under furniture we can move safely by hand. For safety, we don’t move heavy items like wardrobes or pianos.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
As standard, yes. For a deep clean many clients choose products supplied, and you can add equipment supplied too, each for a small extra charge.
